Toilet water takeover

This client had a toilet back up in the middle of the night causing contaminated water to flood the home. The water migrated quickly saturating the master bedroom, master bathroom, master closet, and the downstairs family room. SERVPRO of Centennial Hills was on location right away and began extracting water from the home. The team worked through the night and into the next day to remove the saturated drywall from the walls and ceiling. Once these wet materials were removed the team was able to place equipment to begin drying the wood framing. Once dry they applied antimicrobial to help prevent the growth of mold and mildew.
