Flash Flood

This customer was devastated to find her beautiful living room carpet completely saturated following a heavy rain storm in the Las Vegas valley. The rain caused her back yard to flood, the water caused damage around the glass doors allowing water to enter the home. A small roof leak also allowed the water to seep into the walls causing additional damage. SERVPRO was able to place tarps and sand bags in the damaged areas outside until repairs could be made. SERVPRO also extracted the standing water inside the home, removed the wet carpet and padding and placed our equipment to begin the drying process.
