When a leak goes unnoticed the results can be devastating.
This Las Vegas resident left town for the weekend only to return home to wet flooring throughout their kitchen. The majority of the flooring was cupping and baseboard warped. SERVPRO of Centennial Hills received the call and acted quickly to start the mitigation process. Unfortunately the materials were too far gone to save so the demolition of affected items needed to be removed quickly in order to prevent further damages like mold growth.
The first picture shows pre demolition of the kitchen floor and kitchen sink counter. The drywall felt mushy and the flooring would splash water while walking on it. The second picture shows complete removal of affected materials and what needs to be done in order to prevent secondary damages that could possibly cause health problems.
