This Las Vegas business owner experienced a sudden water main burst on his property. The business owner was quick to act by shutting off his water to help limit his exposure to further damage. He immediately called the SERVPRO of Centennial Hills team for assistance.

Once we arrived we assessed the situation and noticed he did more than what we expected by shutting off the water and electrical power to certain parts of the property that were affected. After we deemed it safe we investigated further by tracking the water migration movement and what materials were affected. We gave the customer complete awareness of what needed to be done and then he gave us authorization to start the drying process.

If it wasn’t for the customers quick response in turning off the water and electrical power it helped our drying process finish quicker and get his business back “Like it never even happened.”
