Water damage

The first picture shows us having to move office furniture around in order to extract a heavily water saturated carpet. At that time SERVPRO of Centennial Hills could only extract the water while waiting for approval authorization from the insurance company.

The second picture shows materials that needed to be removed because of the type of water loss “CATEGORY 3” and the bad odors that we’re permeating. After removing the carpeting there was tile that created a vapor barrier which caused the bad odor. We removed the tile once we had approval and no more bad odors.
