Discoloration and bubbling in the ceiling from rain water leaking through the roof.

Here in Las Vegas we can go 100+ days with no rain but we are no stranger to heavy rainstorms in the valley. We often see news reports about flash flooding and traffic accidents but we do not always hear about the damages it causes to homes here in Las Vegas.
